Part I: Athens – The Cradle of Civilization

Day 1: Arrive In Athens

✈️ Arrival: Arrive at Athens International Airport (ATH).

🚗 Transfer: Our tour manager will help you transfer to your hotel.

🛎️ Check-in & Leisure: Check into the hotel and spend the evening relaxing and exploring the friendly bars and cafés near your hotel.

🏨 Overnight: Athens.

Day 2: Athens City Tour and Acropolis Museum

🏟️ Ancient Sites: Start your busy day of sightseeing at the Panathenaic Stadium (the world’s only stadium built entirely of marble).

🏛️ Government & Monuments: See the Memorial of the Unknown Soldier (watch the changing of the guard), Maximos Mansion (Prime Minister’s residence), Constitution Square, and the Academy of Athens.

🏛️ Classical Ruins: Visit the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, and the Temple of Athena Nike (honouring the goddess of victory).

📚 Library: View the majestic architecture of the National Library (home to over one million books).

🖼️ Afternoon Museum: Visit the world-renowned Acropolis Museum. See architectural masterpieces, including the Erechtheion’s Caryatids and the Statue of the Calf-Bearer.

🏨 Overnight: Athens.

Part II: Santorini – The Romantic Caldera

Day 3: Athens To Santorini

🚢 Ferry Journey: After breakfast, head to the port to board the ferry to Santorini.

🌊 Scenic Route: Enjoy the scenic 4 to 5-hour journey across the Aegean Sea.

🛎️ Check-in & Leisure: Check into the hotel (known for its whitewashed homes perched atop rugged cliffs) and explore the neighborhood.

🏨 Overnight: Santorini.

Day 4: Explore Santorini

🍽️ Breakfast: Enjoy a scrumptious buffet featuring the best of Greek cuisine.

🗿 Ancient Sites: Explore key attractions, including the Bronze Age site of Akrotiri and Ancient Thera.

🌋 Nature & Wine: Visit the Volcano and hot springs (usually by boat trip, near the famous Caldera) and the Santorini Wine Museum.

🏨 Overnight: Santorini.

Part III: Heraklion/Crete – Minoan History

Day 5: Santorini to Heraklion (Crete)

🚢 Ferry Journey: After breakfast, move on to Heraklion (on the island of Crete) via a short ferry ride (approx. 1 hour 45 minutes).

🌊 Aegean Views: Enjoy the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea during the transfer.

🛎️ Check-in & Leisure: Check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring the area, including the waterfront fish taverns.

🏨 Overnight: Heraklion.

Day 6: Heraklion History Tour

👑 Archaeology: Explore this port city famous for its archaeological sites.

🏛️ Knossos Palace: Visit the legendary Knossos Palace, a Bronze Age archaeological site believed to be Europe’s oldest city and home to the Minoan civilization. See its unique features like the oldest throne in Europe, ancient theatre, and detailed frescos.

🖼️ Museum: Visit the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, one of the most important museums in Greece.

🍇 Nature: Visit the Minoan Vineyard (or a local winery/site).

🏨 Overnight: Heraklion.

Day 7: Depart Heraklion

✈️ Departure: After breakfast, bid goodbye to Heraklion and Greece.

🚗 Transfer: Proceed to Heraklion International Airport (HER) to catch your flight back home or continue with the next leg of your journey.
